New patient visits are 1 hour. Scheduling is easy and patient visits are conducted with HIPAA compliant software.
SkinStatMD is a direct pay medical practice. We do not bill insurance. We DO accept HSA cards. The direct pay model allows us to provide efficient, patient centered healthcare without billing insurance for services provided. The direct pay model also allows physicians to run financially sustainable practices while offering patients more personalized care with longer appointment times.

Dr. Towolawi is a double board certified physician (family medicine + lifestyle medicine) who has practiced in the Seattle area for over ten years. She has a special focus in treating: acne, hyperpigmentation, PCOS, eczema, scalp disorders, hair loss and more in skin of color.
